Green Gardening Talks in Kings Cliffe

On Sunday 23 July, the Transition Kings Cliffe group are hosting an afternoon of talks on the subject of gardening in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.

The first talk is at 1pm with Matthew Kirk providing an introduction to no-dig vegetable gardening, followed by Charles Tomblin speaking about helping wildlife feel at home in your garden. After a break for refreshments, including cream teas, Nick Bailey will wrap up with “a talk on the wild side”. The last speaker is due to finish by 4:15pm, but there will be time to chat with fellow attendees afterwards, and to eat more cake!

Tickets cost £10. For more information, please contact kate@transitionkingscliffe.org.uk or phone 07961 499018.  Kings Cliffe is in East Northants, only a few miles over the county boundary from Rutland.
