Jubilee activities in Ketton

The Ketton Climate Action group had a stall at the Jubilee car boot sale in Ketton, promoting re-use and recycling. Villagers donated good quality second item household items and toys as well as unwanted gifts, providing an opportunity for pre-loved items to find a new home. The stall raised £130, which Ketton Climate Action will put towards the costs associated with the group’s regular litter picks and the Great Big Green Week Festival scheduled in the village for 2 October.

Ketton Climate Action also had a stall at the village Jubilee Hog Roast, providing information on how to help combat change, and selling Fairtrade snacks.
